Panji Anugrah Permana is a lecturer in the Department of Political Science, FISIP Universitas Indonesia. Panji earned his Ph.D. in Political Science from Albert-Ludwigs Universität Freiburg, Germany, with a dissertation on the adaptation of local elites in Indonesia’s democratization process. His research interests include political elites, local politics, and the institutional design of political systems. Panji has published works in reputable international journals such as SOJOURN: Journal of Social Issues in Southeast Asia and Sustainability, as well as various national publications, including teaching modules. He is also actively involved as a speaker and resource person in various academic forums, international conferences, and public policy research at both local and national levels.
