Master's Program Overview

Master of Political Science capable of contributing positively to society, nation, state, and the international community, through the development and dissemination of knowledge and science in the field of politics based on the ability to analyze and solve problems and apply knowledge as a service to society with skills and expertise in the field of politics, especially in electoral politics, government, and democracy.

1. Able to critically analyze problems related to politics and democratization using various concepts and theories of political science.
2. Able to interpret various economic, political, legal, social, and cultural problems at local, national, and global levels, using a political science perspective.
3. Able to recommend innovative ideas or policy solutions supported by political science concepts and theories for political stability and democracy in Indonesia, especially in political parties, parliament, and election governance.
4. Able to synthesize diverse political science concepts and theories through a multidisciplinary approach into applicable policies for society.
5. Able to manage independent research for solving political problems at local, national, and global levels.
6. Able to summarize acquired knowledge in carrying out duties as a practitioner in various sectors (educational institutions, research institutions, state institutions, private sector, non-governmental organizations, etc.).
